My Promise

I'm Brett — the artist behind everything in this shop. Every piece is made to order just for you, printed in my studio or by one of my trusted production partners, and always from my original hand-painted artwork. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email me a photo within 10 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement free of charge. No forms, no return shipping, no fine print.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Made-to-order artwork is produced in 2–5 business days, then ships via tracked carrier service — you'll receive a tracking number the moment it ships. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping; shipping upgrades are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 2–6 weeks depending on your country's postal service and customs. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your package arrives damaged

It happens rarely, but it happens. Send me a quick photo of the piece and the packaging within 10 days of delivery and I'll put a replacement into production immediately — you don't need to ship anything back.

If your package is lost in transit

If tracking shows your package stalled or missing, contact me and I'll open a trace with the carrier right away and work with you until it's resolved. If the carrier confirms it's lost, I'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I can't replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, and reshipping a returned-to-sender package will require shipping fees.

Returns and exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, framed prints, framed or stretched canvases, and personalized items are final sale — they're produced specifically for your order and can't be restocked or resold. They are always covered by my replacement promise above. Unframed paper prints 11x14 and smaller may be returned within 7 days of delivery (shipped back within 14 days), unused and in original packaging — contact me first so I can send the correct return address. Unframed prints larger than 11x14 can be returned for store credit. Buyers cover return shipping, original shipping is non-refundable, and exchanges carry a 25% restocking fee — as a one-person business making each piece to order, I can't absorb the cost of change-of-mind returns the way a big retailer can. The best insurance: check the size guide on every product page, and if you're unsure, email me a photo of your wall — I'll gladly help you choose before you order. Sizing advice is my favorite kind of question.

Ordering the right size

Every product page includes a size guide showing each print size on a real wall. Frames add roughly 1 inch on each side — so a 16x20 print becomes about 18x22 framed.

About the artwork

Every design in this shop began as an original painting or illustration that I created by hand — real brushes, real paint. Nothing here is AI-generated or digitally created, ever. What you order is a fine-art reproduction of that original artwork: paper prints on archival, acid-free cotton rag; canvases printed with archival inks, stretched on solid wood bars, and ready to hang; framed prints in solid wood frames with hardware included.
