Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and bringing joy to you and your loved ones is most important. Please review our policies below so that you can have the best experience possible.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Our fine art prints, canvas prints and framed prints are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns. If, however, your order comes damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we ask that you please photograph the damage or incorrect items and will issue a replacement.

Do you allow exchanges?

Unframed prints may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Framed and canvas prints, and prints larger than 11x14 are final sale. Any exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to 50% of the retail price. Shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling:

When will my shipment arrive? 

The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 2-4 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2-6 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-6 weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 2-6 weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE: 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Often, UK and European customers are required to pay VAT, customs and/or Duty Taxes to collect their packages. Please note, Tiny Toes Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.

How are prints packaged? 

All art is carefully packaged to ensure artwork is sufficiently protected during shipping. If you have any issues with your prints upon arrival, please email me. 

How are prints shipped? 

Your package ships from my studio in Charlotte, North Carolina via USPS, First Class mail. I offer shipping upgrades at checkout. 

How long will it take for my package to arrive (USA)? 

Most orders within the USA ship within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

  • First Class: Comes with tracking number, but NO insurance. TTD will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages that have not been insured.
  • Priority Mail: Arrives 1-3 business days, but is not guaranteed, and includes up to $100 in insurance. During holiday times, priority is recommended (November - December). If you would like more insurance, please convo me.
  • Priority Express Mail: Arrives 1-2 business days guaranteed. They come with tracking and full insurance. If you would like more insurance, please contact us (insurance claims can take up to 2 months to get resolved through the USPS).

How long do International Orders take to arrive?

Please allow 4-6 weeks for items to arrive from time of shipment. Often, it will arrive much sooner, but we rely on the postal service and customs in your country, as well as in the USA.

  • First Class: Arrives in 2-6 weeks. Includes tracking numbers within the US. Are NOT insured.
  • Priority Mail: Arrives between 6-10 business days, but is not guaranteed. Tracking numbers valid within US and are NOT insured.
  • Priority Express Mail: Takes between 3-7 business days. Fully traceable and insured. If you make a purchase over $100 USD Express mail is highly recommended, as this is the only method of shipping that offers FULL insurance.

What if my Package doesn't arrive?

TTD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is tracked and shows it is delivered, I will not replace items. If you're concerned with your mail carrier, please consider purchasing Priority Express. Replacement of items will not be issued for items lost in transit until 6 weeks after the shipping date, and will only be provided if you purchased the insurance (through Priority Express option at checkout). 

If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply.

Please make sure your shipping address is 100% ACCURATE upon checkout. We will not assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are incorrectly delivered or undelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed. If you're sending a purchase direct to the recipient, please make sure the address is correct.
